Manage, cancel or get a refund
Use Manage purchase to see invoices, find your key or cancel. Annual plans renew yearly; refunds are available within 14 days of any payment.
Everything about your purchase lives in Manage purchase at www.creem.io/my-orders/login. Sign in with the email you paid with.
What you can do there
- Find your licence key.
- Download invoices.
- See which Macs your licence is active on.
- Cancel an Annual plan.
How the Annual plan renews
The Annual plan renews automatically once a year at the current price, until you cancel. Creem charges the payment method you used and emails a receipt for each renewal. If the price changes, you’ll get an email at least 30 days before your next renewal.
A Lifetime licence never renews.
Cancel an Annual plan
- Sign in to Manage purchase with the email you paid with.
- Cancel the subscription.
You can also email support@livepen.app and ask us to cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. LivePen keeps working until the end of the year you’ve already paid for.
Get a refund
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment: a Lifetime purchase, an Annual plan’s first payment, or any yearly renewal.
Email support@livepen.app from the address you paid with and include your order number from the receipt. You can also reply to your Creem receipt.
After a refund, the licence key stops working, and an Annual plan is cancelled so it won’t renew. Cancelling on its own doesn’t refund the current year.
